Can I bring my pet?
No pets are allowed on the property—thank you for understanding.

Are kids welcome?
Yes! But sessions start after 4 PM, which may be late for some little ones. Please consider this when booking.

Can I book multiple sessions?
Bookings are limited to one session per person or household to allow fair access.

How many people can be in a session?
Maximum 3 to 4 people per session. Contact us beforehand if you want to bring more.

What should I wear?
Soft, neutral tones like beige, white, sage, denim, or pastels work best. Avoid logos, neon, and busy patterns. Wear comfortable shoes suitable for uneven grassy terrain.

How will I get my photos?
You’ll receive an online gallery link with your fully edited images, typically delivered within 2–3 weeks. Optional faster delivery available (see Add-Ons).

What if it rains?
If weather prevents the session, we’ll contact you to reschedule. However, the retainer is non-refundable, even due to weather.

• Parking is available onsite.

• Please arrive 10 minutes early to ensure your session starts on time. Late arrivals may shorten your session.

• Editing is completed by your photographer only—please don’t apply your own edits or filters.

• By booking, you consent to be photographed.

• Please credit @kevshotthis or @marc.juhasz when sharing your photos online.

• A 50% retainer is required at booking to secure your session. This retainer is non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellations by the client.

• In the event the session is cancelled due to circumstances outside of our control (such as extreme weather, farm closure, or other unforeseen events), we are not responsible for any costs, damages, or losses incurred. We will do our best to offer rescheduling options, but refunds are not guaranteed.

• By booking, you consent to being photographed during the session.

• All photographs produced during the session are the sole intellectual property of Kevin Metcalfe and Marc Juhasz. Clients receive a license for personal use only and may not reproduce, sell, or alter images without photographer permission.

• The photographers reserve the right to use any images from the session for promotional purposes, including on social media and websites, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

The sessions will take place at Crump Family Farm, a beautiful property known for its vibrant sunflower fields. The exact address and directions will be shared upon booking.

💸 How much should I donate?
These are pay-what-you-can sessions. My standard 30-minute sessions typically start at $165, but for this event, you're welcome to contribute whatever feels manageable for you. All proceeds will be donated to PHSS, supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and complex needs.

📷 What will the photos look like?
The sessions are relaxed and candid, captured during golden hour among the sunflowers. Expect rich golden tones, warm natural light, and a laid-back vibe. You can check out some of my recent work in the lavender fields in my portfolio to get a sense of the style.

📷 What’s included in the session?
Each session is 15 minutes, and you’ll receive a set of professionally edited, high-resolution images delivered via digital download within 2–3 weeks after the shoot.

👫 Can I bring someone with me?
Absolutely — these sessions are great for individuals, couples, or small groups (like friends or family). Just be sure to note how many people are coming when you book.

🐾 Can I bring my pet?
No pets please!

👶 Can I bring my kids?
Yes, kids are more than welcome! Just keep in mind that sessions run from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, which may be a bit late for some little ones. These sessions aren’t specifically geared toward young families, so please plan accordingly if your child has an earlier bedtime.

🎒 What should I wear?
Earthy or neutral tones (like beige, white, denim, or light pastels) look beautiful against the golden sunflowers. Avoid neons, busy patterns, or bold logos. Choose something comfortable that feels like you.

🌧 What if it rains?
If weather doesn’t cooperate, I’ll reach out with a rescheduled date or an alternative option.

💰 How do I pay?
Donations can be made by cash, e-transfer, debit, or credit on the day of your session. Full details will be in your confirmation email.

🕒 Can I book more than one time slot?
Please only book one session per group. If you're hoping for more time or planning something unique, feel free to reach out — I’ll do my best to accommodate!

If you’re no longer able to attend, please let me know as soon as possible so I can offer your spot to someone else. Since this is a pay-what-you-can, donation-based event, no payment is required upfront—but last-minute cancellations with no notice limit others’ ability to participate. Life happens, I just ask that you communicate!

📸 Photo Usage & Attribution
All images taken during the session are the creative work of Kevin Metcalfe (KST Photos) and remain the intellectual property of the photographer. You are welcome to share the images for personal use (social media, printing, etc.), but please credit the photographer when posting online (tagging @kstphotos is appreciated!).

✂️ Editing & Alterations
Please do not edit, filter, crop, or alter the images in any way. This includes adjustments made through Instagram or other editing apps. I work hard to deliver final edits that reflect my style and standards.

✅ Consent to Be Photographed
By booking a session, you acknowledge and consent to being photographed. You also confirm that anyone attending the session with you has given their consent to be photographed.

⚖️ Liability
KST Photos is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property that may occur during the session. Attendees participate at their own risk. You agree to conduct yourself safely and follow any guidelines set out by the photographer or Crump Family Farm.
