  • Photographer Choice: You will select your preferred photographer when booking.

  • Retainer: 50% ($75) due at booking to reserve your time slot

  • Remaining Balance: Due on the day of your session before photos begin

  • Accepted Payment Methods: Debit, credit, cash, or e-transfer

  • Cancellation Policy:

    • The retainer is non-refundable, including if weather cancels the session.

    • Remaining balance is only due if your session proceeds.

  • Same-Day Gallery Delivery – Receive your fully edited photos by midnight the same day: +$100

  • Next-Day Gallery Delivery – Get your edited images within 24 hours: +$75

  • Film Photo Add-On – Includes 5–10 scanned 35mm film images, developed and delivered digitally: +$50

• ❓ Frequently Asked Questions

  Can I bring my pet?
  No pets are allowed on the property—thank you for understanding.

  Are kids welcome?
  Yes! But sessions start after 4 PM, which may be late for some little ones. Please consider this when booking.

  Can I book multiple sessions?
  Bookings are limited to one session per person or household to allow fair access.

  How many people can be in a session?
  Maximum 3 to 4 people per session. Contact us beforehand if you want to bring more.

  What should I wear?
  Soft, neutral tones like beige, white, sage, denim, or pastels work best. Avoid logos, neon, and busy patterns. Wear comfortable shoes suitable for uneven grassy terrain.

  How will I get my photos?
  You’ll receive an online gallery link with your fully edited images, typically delivered within 2–3 weeks. Optional faster delivery available (see Add-Ons).

  What if it rains?
  If weather prevents the session, we’ll contact you to reschedule. However, the retainer is non-refundable, even due to weather.

  • Parking is available onsite.

  • Please arrive 10 minutes early to ensure your session starts on time. Late arrivals may shorten your session.

  • Editing is completed by your photographer only—please don’t apply your own edits or filters.

  • By booking, you consent to be photographed.

  • Please credit @kevshotthis or @marc.juhasz when sharing your photos online.

• 📜 Terms and Conditions

  • A 50% retainer is required at booking to secure your session. This retainer is non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellations by the client.

  • In the event the session is cancelled due to circumstances outside of our control (such as extreme weather, farm closure, or other unforeseen events), we are not responsible for any costs, damages, or losses incurred. We will do our best to offer rescheduling options, but refunds are not guaranteed.

  • By booking, you consent to being photographed during the session.

  • All photographs produced during the session are the sole intellectual property of Kevin Metcalfe and Marc Juhasz. Clients receive a license for personal use only and may not reproduce, sell, or alter images without photographer permission.

  • The photographers reserve the right to use any images from the session for promotional purposes, including on social media and websites, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  By booking their session, clients agree to these terms and conditions.

Hi, I’m Kevin ! I’ve been a photographer for over seven years now, and I still get just as excited every time I pick up my camera.

My favourite things to photograph are concerts and weddings — moments full of energy, emotion, and connection. But sessions like this are just as special to me. I love creating a space where people can feel comfortable, be themselves, and leave with something beautiful to hold onto.
